This series is one of play and mindfulness. When the world seems to be going to hell in a hand-basket, what is one to do? There are things we can change, but sometimes you just need to quiet the noise in your head and just breathe. This series draws from my feelings to just be present, in the moment, and to relax. This is what comes out of me, no thoughts or worries, just being.
